This Licence Agreement is made between:
Licensor: Super Alpine
and
Licensee: Your Brand
Together referred to as “the Parties”.
This Licence Agreement grants the Licensee the right to use one photographic image (“the Image”) under the following terms.
- Grant of Rights The Licensor grants the Licensee an exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Image for the purposes described in this agreement.
- Scope of Use
- Duration
- Territory
- Exclusivity
- Copyright and Ownership
- Restrictions
- Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Image as a standalone image
- Make the Image available for download or stock use by third parties
- Claim authorship or copyright in the Image
- Credit
- Termination
The Image may be used across all formats and media, including but not limited to print, digital, online, social media, advertising, marketing, exhibitions, and corporate communications.
The Image may be reproduced, adapted, and incorporated into design layouts as required for the licensed use.
The licence is granted for a period of one (1) year from the commencement date stated in the invoice or licence certificate.
All use of the Image must cease at the end of this period unless the licence is renewed in writing.
The licence is granted for worldwide use.
During the licence period, the Image shall not be licensed to any other party for any purpose.
The Licensor undertakes not to use or licence the Image in any competing publication, campaign, or commercial context during the term of this agreement.
Copyright in the Image remains at all times with the Licensor.
This licence does not transfer ownership of the Image or any intellectual property rights.
The Licensee may not:
The Image may only be used as part of the Licensee’s own projects and communications.
Where reasonably practicable, the Image shall be credited as: © Super Alpine.
Upon expiry or termination of this licence, all use of the Image must cease, and all digital files must be deleted or archived solely for record-keeping purposes.
