Image Licencing

A private archive of Alpine photography, drawn from more than twenty years of work.

Super Alpine Rights-managed Image Licencing

About the Archive

The private archive is a curated selection of photographs made across the Alps over two decades of sustained field work. Many of these images have never been published. Some have appeared only within Super Alpine books and magazines and have not been licenced elsewhere.

This archive is intended for brands, editors, publishers, and organisations seeking distinctive Alpine imagery with clear provenance and controlled usage. All images are offered under a rights-managed licencing model, with exclusivity available.

Covering the French Alps from Monaco to Lac Leman, Switzerland, Italian Alps and Dolomites, over 5,000 photographs are available to licence.

What makes this archive different?

Drawn from a private archive built over twenty years, this is the only exclusively Alpine photographic archive offered under a rights-managed licencing model. No images are distributed on a royalty-free basis, and once an image is licensed exclusively, it is withdrawn from the archive for the duration of the agreement.

How licensing works

Images from the private archive are licenced on a rights-managed basis.

The licence allows broad use of the image for your project, including editorial, commercial, and institutional applications. The only restrictions are that the image may not be resold as an image in its own right and copyright is always retained by the photographer.

All licences are arranged directly to ensure clarity, appropriate pricing, and long-term protection for both parties.

Exclusivity

Exclusive licences can be granted for sole use. Once an image is licensed exclusively, it is removed from the archive for the duration of the agreement.

This guarantees that the image will not appear in other publications or campaigns during the licensed period.

Access to the archive

Private selections and tailored edits are available on request for specific projects or briefs.

If you are working on a defined subject, region, or theme, a focused edit can be prepared from the archive.
