Near the end of Val d'Anniviers, Grimentz has been called one of Europe's most beautiful villages. The narrow, pedestrianised streets are lined with sun-blackened wooden houses adorned with hundreds of red geraniums. Standing out amongst these old chalets and building is the ultra-modern ski lift station.
