Customs duties, VAT and taxes
We ship from the UK. Packages shipped outside of the UK may incur taxes and/or duties based on your country’s fees and policies. We are legally obligated to enter the value of contents on customs forms.
Cancellations
We may cancel your order based on your country of delivery if we cannot provide an approved service. We may also cancel your order if we are out of stock. You will be refunded in full.
Delivery
Books and magazines are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail. Prints are shipped by courier direct from our UK printer.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Delivery times vary by destination
You will recieve an email once your order is shipped, including tracking if applicable.
Risk of Loss
All products purchased from or via the store are transported and delivered to you by an independent courier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Super Alpine. Title to products purchased, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when our supplier delivers these items to the courier.
Environmental impact
We aim to minimise our impact on the environment by using paper from sustainable sources and vegetable-based inks for printing.
